Individual Psychotherapy Sessions (50 minutes): $150 + HST. For those seeking support in relational /couple dynamics, sessions are billed at a rate of $175 + HST.

Therapy fees MAY raise once per calendar year to accommodate for inflation, advancements in clinician training, and increased business expenses.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that life's demands may necessitate changes to your schedule. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 48 hours notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to the full session fee.
Insurance Coverage Information

Your Responsibility: Prior to starting treatment, it is your responsibility to check your insurance coverage. Many employee insurance programs offer coverage for psychotherapy.
Verification Process: As part of your commitment to your well-being, we recommend reaching out to your insurance provider to understand the details of your coverage. Inquire about the annual limits, any required pre-authorization, and any other relevant details that can contribute to a smooth reimbursement process.
Receipts for Submission: We provide detailed receipts that include all the necessary information for insurance submission at the time of payment. These receipts can be submitted to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Live Inspired Counselling has a 48 hour advance cancellation policy. Clients will be charged 100% of their session fee for missed or late cancellations. Some exceptions may apply. More information on the clinic’s cancellation policies is outlined in your consent to psychotherapy form. Questions can be addressed by your therapist.

For the well-being of our clients and staff, if you are experiencing cold or allergy symptoms and have an in-person appointment, we kindly ask that you wear a mask. This precautionary measure is in place to prioritize the health and safety of everyone involved.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Client privacy and confidentiality are extremely important to us. The Personal Health and Information Act (PHIPA) requires that personal health information be kept confidential and secure. As a client information system, Jane stores your client record and personal information securely. Privacy is critical to the therapeutic alliance. Know that your therapist will and keep what you told them, private. Limits to confidentiality will be outlined during your initial session.
