About Me:
Hi, I’m Amanda! I’m a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and ADHD-trained coach with a passion for helping neurodivergent folks navigate life’s pressures and reach their goals. Growing up around people who didn’t quite understand what it’s like to have ADHD (and being self-diagnosed autistic), I get the challenges many of my clients face as they learn to balance school, work, and relationships.
Issues:
I work with clients facing a range of challenges, including managing ADHD, building executive functioning skills, navigating the complexities of neurodivergence, and developing emotional regulation. I also support clients with setting realistic goals, improving social skills, and embracing their authentic selves.
Focus:
Individuals 10 years +
Therapeutic Approach:
My approach to executive functioning coaching is all about unmasking, authenticity, and building daily habits that align with your values—a powerful form of self-respect.
Why Work with Me:
I know how important it is to work with someone who truly "gets it" when it comes to neurodivergence. My approach is more than just coaching—it's about guiding you toward practical, achievable changes that respect who you are and where you want to go. By focusing on authenticity and aligning habits with your values, I aim to help you unmask and confidently step into your own voice.
Values and Philosophy:
Central to my practice are the values of authenticity, respect and Impact. Through practical, strengths-based strategies, I aim to create a safe space where we work together to empower your voice and confidence.
Credentials and Experience:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I bring both expertise and empathy to my work. My commitment to ongoing education and specialized training in neurodivergence keeps me at the forefront of the latest research and therapeutic practices.
Outside the Office:
Outside of work, I spend a few days each week training at the gym and love hanging out with my family and our dog. Staying active and connecting with loved ones keeps me grounded and ready to dive back into the work I’m passionate about.
